PHC Krylya Sovetov or PHC Krylya Sovietov (Russian: ПХК Крылья Советов; English: Soviet Wings) are a professional ice hockey team based in Moscow, Russia. They played in the Russian Major League in the 2009–10 season. The team originally was not accepted into the 2010–11 season of the VHL and the league's management suggested the team to take a 1 year timeout, however on 12 August 2010 the team was accepted into the VHL for the 2010–11 season.[1][2]
In 2008 the team was expelled from the Soviet Wings Sport Palace and a new team, MHC Krylya Sovetov was created. PHC Krylya Sovetov played in the Minor Arena and Vityaz Ice Palace in Podolsk until 2010, when the team was reunited with MHC Krylya Sovetov and returned to the Soviet Wings Sport Palace.
The team will not participate in the 2011–12 VHL season and the junior team will not participate in 2011–12 MHL season. The team also did not join the MHL-B and/or the Russian Hockey League and thus only operates at the sports school and minor ice hockey level during the 2011–12 season.

In 2008, the owner of the Soviet Wings Sport Palace, the All-Russia Institute of Light Alloys (VILS) (Russian: Всероссийский институт лёгких сплавов (ВИЛС) accused Krylya Sovetov of overdue rent payments. This led to the subsequent eviction of the team. The current team left under president Aleksandr Tretiak's lead, but Krylya's hockey school, junior subsidiary teams, and other infrastructure opted to remain under the effective ownership of VILS.
As of September 5, 2009 it is unknown where MHC Krylya Sovetov's main team will play in the 2009–10 season since the definitive calendar of games for the 2009–10 season of the Russian Major League only contains PHC Krylya Sovetov in the Western Division.[3][4] MHC Krylya Sovetov's junior team will however play in the newly formed Minor Hockey League.
According to KHL website Alexander Medvedev contacted both the administration of PHC Krylya Sovetov and MHC Krylya Sovetov and the two clubs with the help of KHL will be reunited into a single organization once again after the split in 2008.[5]
The reunited team will play their games in Setun, Moscow, where MHC Krylya Sovetov played their games after the 2008 split. The junior team will play in Dmitrov.[6]
